People who have to stay at home for health reasons will be considered temporarily incapacitated due to an accident at work (art. 5).
The beneficiaries will be those persons working on their own account or on behalf of others who are registered in any of the Social Security regimes.
The date of the causal event will be the moment when the isolation is agreed, regardless of whether the time off work is granted later and will last until the corresponding medical discharge
