Recent statistics published for this 2018, indicate that Spain consolidates itself as the European haven for the so-called “Golden Visas”. With a Law published in 2013, after the economic crisis, these visas were designed to promote investments in our country as a way to obtain legal residency.
Various destinations in our country, amongst Madrid, Barcelona and the Mediterranean coast consolidate as the elected destinations for applicants of these visas. Besides investment in business projects, purchase of real estate – with a minimum investment of 500.000,-€ – in our country is one of the options to obtain legal residency.
